PAH Home Stretch Classes for 2008

Advance registrations are necessary for PAH Home Stretch classes. There are two sessions, Part A, which is a major part of the budgeting, financial tools information, and Part B which includes other userful parts of the process. Please call 507-345-6822, ext: 2459 or register below or send to info@homebuyerclass.org. Times are 5:30-9:30 PM unless otherwise noted.


Feel free to ‘brown bag it’ to class if you are running behind to meet the 5:30 starting time. Cost are now $10 per household for two sessions, Part A and B, payable to PAH Home Stretch at the first class you attend. Interpreters may be available.

Blue Earth area housing professionals have joined PAH in bringing you home buyer education opportuntities. You can learn more about what is involved in buying or selling a house and turning it into your home. Register soon as 4 households are needed as a minimum.

Classes are held in the North Mankato Police Annex at 1001 Belgrade Avenue in North Mankato from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Click on the Register button, or email us at info@homebuyerclass.org or call 507-345-6822, ext: 2459 for updates. (If classes are cancelled due to inadequate attendance the reservationist will refer you to classes most convenient for you, which will hopefully be at the North Mankato site.)
